Strategic Signage

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why should we hire a program management team versus handling this with-in our own organization?
A: That is the first question you should ask, especially in the age of multi-tasking! This can most often be a very time-consuming venture, especially if you have multiple locations with numerous properties, buildings, landlords, code restrictions, city & county sign ordinances to contend with. As your partner, we offer consultation on determining the scope schedule and cost based on a series of meetings with your team. We apply for the necessary codes to ensure a safe work environment.

Once Scope, Schedule and Cost has been approved and finalized, implementation of the program is initiated by one of our project managers dedicated to you. The project manager’s sole responsibility is to facilitate each phase of your project while ensuring the program stays within budget and scheduling. The added value of having your individual project manager as your liaison to your specific signage program allows you access to each phase of your project and keeps your time input to a minimum, allowing you more time for other business projects.

Our mission to our client is to provide a comprehensive signage program that insures Value & Consistency in providing and maintaining brand integrity in accordance with your company standards, whether it is for one or multiple locations.
