Tom collaborates with the client to develop the scope and schedule
for their program. He assists in development of budgets and an implementation
strategy. He procures contracts for fabrication and shipping and
manages overall schedules to ensure timely installation.
Tom maintains a very close rapport with the client to ensure all
aspects of the program exceeds their expectation.
